Cops pulled over a dude for speeding. He was driving on a suspended license…and on top of that…he was HAMMERED. While be arrested cops noticed a SMALL MONKEY (?) in the trunk of the car. So not only was he charged with DUI…but the Wildlife Conservation Commission officers charged him with possession of wildlife and tow counts of violating fish and wildlife rules. They then took custody of the monkey.
