Did you notice the guy drives through a barricade in the street made of planters that is to clearly not allow cars to drive the way he was going?
if the biker wasn’t going what appears to be excessively fast for the road, and what seems to be the wrong way most of the time, including when he was hit, then he would have avoided being hit. She obviously had no reason to think a speeding bike was going to come from that way, so she isn’t at fault
